คณะสังคมศาสตร์ โดยภาควิชาภูมิศาสตร์ได้ตอบรับนักศึกษาระดับบัณฑิตศึกษา จำนวน 2 คน จาก Faculty of Geography, Yunnan Normal University ภายใต้บันทึกข้อตกลงความร่วมมือระดับคณะ ได้แก่ Mr. Zhang Liangbing, Ph.D. candidate เข้ามาทำงานวิจัยภาคสนามสำหรับวิทยานิพนธ์ระดับปริญญาเอก เรื่อง “The Impact of Geopolitical Risks on the Production of Space in the China-Myanmar Indian Ocean New Corridor.”  และ Mr. Ge Dingkuan นักศึกษาระดับปริญญาโท เข้ามาทำงานวิจัยภาคสนามสำหรับวิทยานิพนธ์ระดับโท เรื่อง “Relationship Between Ostracods and Water Depth Environmental Factors in Fuxian Lake, Yunnan Province.” ณ คณะสังคมศาสตร์
